We do not offer refunds unless a mistake was made on our end—such as a custom name being misspelled by us. In rare cases, refunds may be granted for issues beyond our control, like receiving the completely wrong item or a major manufacturing defect.

Please note: shipping delays, damages during transit, or lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping provider. We pack every order with pride and care to ensure it arrives safely, but once it leaves our hands, it's out of our control.
